Follows criticism of decision to reduce number of beds in RCDH ward
Helping people with frailty and complex needs recover at home is better for everyone, according to Manx Care.
It's faced criticism since announcing it's reducing the number of beds at a ward at Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital.
One concern raised was whether the move would place more of a burden on family members, carers and the third sector.
However, Head of Intermediate Services, Michelle Breed, says the opposite is true:
