Heritage open days continue

17 events on offer to public

From tours of the capital’s recycling facility to railway walks and excavation on St Patrick’s Isle, there’s a wide range to explore as the Isle of Man heritage open days continue today (Saturday).

Seventeen separate events are taking place throughout the day as heritage organisations and private owners offer cultural tours and activities.

Also included in the itinerary are tours of the iconic horse tram stables, photographic and painting exhibitions and a chance to see behind the scenes of the Manx National Heritage large collection headquarters.
