Railway volunteers group says wider benefits of trains and trams must be considered
Trains and trams are a 'vital component' in the Island's tourist strategy.
That's from a member of the Isle of Man Heritage Railways Volunteers after a review into the economic value of the Island's heritage rail was announced.
A report on the future operations of the steam railway, Manx Electric Railway, Snaefell Mountain Railway and Douglas horse trams is due to be submitted to the Council of Ministers by June.
