
The Island is bracing itself for a wet and windy 24 hours, according to the met office.
It has warned of flooding across the Island, with higher ground potentially seeing more than 40mm of rain over the course of the afternoon.
Homeowners have been advised to clear drains of falling leaves from trees to protect properties from the risk of flooding.
There is also warnings of high winds, although Andy Roberts at the Met Office says these are unlikely to cause any serious damage.
