Douglas' tramway back in action for 2024 season
Despite the murky weather the Douglas bay horse trams are back in action today, as the season gets underway.
The first passengers departed from the Derby Castle terminus at 9:05am.
The horse trams will operate until 3 November.
Before the first passengers were let on board, Manx Radio's Amy Griffiths was taken for a quick trip along the prom speaking with Chief Engineer Andy Cowie and Stable Supervisor Neil Wade:
