Sector has consistently high levels of vacancies
A business owner in the Island's hospitality industry says it's getting more and more difficult to recruit staff.
Ben Heath, who runs Harbour Lights with his parents made the comments while appearing on Manx Radio's Sunday Opinion programme.
Last month, there were around 110 positions available in catering and entertainment, and it's perennially one of the sectors with the highest number of vacancies, if not the highest.
Mr Heath says it's tough to attract people, and has been for a while.
