Demand outweighing available properties
Local charity, Housing Matters continues to face unprecedented demand for its services.
The charity works with landlords and local authorities to find emergency housing for families and individuals in need.
Currently though, the number of available properties on the Island is nowhere near enough to satisfy demand.
