The Department of Infrastructure is warning motorists to drive carefully this evening as freezing weather affects the Island.
Forecasters say clear spells this evening (20 Jan) mean temperatures will fall close to or slightly below freezing.
This could mean frost or ice patches, particularly on higher ground or sheltered low-lying spots in the North and East.
Gritters have been out already today treating the Mountain Road, Beinn-y-Phott, Sulby Glen Road, Laxey Coast Road, Central Valley and Glen Helen.
Drivers should proceed with caution.
