Ignore vaccine 'conspiracies', warns doctor

Immunisations advised after measles outbreak

The health department says there is no reason to believe 'conspiracy theories' about vaccines given to children.

It comes after claims were made about the supposed harms associated with common jabs against MMR and the HPV virus.

Campaigners have called on the DHSC to investigate the alleged issue.

Young people are currently being urged to ensure their immunisations are up-to-date, after a major outbreak of measles in Europe.

41,000 cases have been confirmed on the continent already this year.
