Magistrates hand out £32,000 of fines
Fines totalling more than £32,000 have been handed out for people who have committee Income Tax and National Insurance offences.
Eighteen businesses and 13 individuals were penalised at Douglas Magistrates Court.
Offences ranged from failure to pay Income Tax payments or NI contributions, before the due date, to failure to submit accounts in support of a tax return.
