36-year-old bailed and will appear in Court of General Gaol Delivery
A Ballasalla man accused of carrying out three indecent assaults has been committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery for trial.
Thirty-six-year-old Michael Gregory Frank Ashton, of Whitestone Terrace, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
At an earlier hearing he'd pleaded not guilty to one charge of assault causing actual bodily harm and three of indecent assault between 2013 and 2017.
He as bailed, on the condition he doesn’t contact witnesses, and will appear in the higher court on a date to be fixed.
