Amendments come into effect on January 1st
The chief executive of the Financial Services Authority insists customers WILL notice changes to regulations in the insurance sector.
Measures are being taken to bring them in line with international expectations after more than four years of planning.
The amendments brought about by the Insurance Code 2018 come into effect on 1 January.
