Committee chairman faces query in House of Keys
An MHK believes the current forum for people to speak about planning matters may be too restrictive.
In the House of Keys tomorrow, Ramsey member Lawrie Hooper will ask the chairman of the Planning Committee whether there are plans to review the public speaking scheme.
Currently, three minutes is allocated for those who wish to speak for or against a planning application.
Mr Hooper doesn't think this is necessarily the best option:
