Ministers face questions today
Ministers are expected to respond to a number of questions from parliamentary colleagues this morning.
Despite Tynwald still being in summer recess, members have been able to file monthly queries on topical matters.
The legislature traditionally takes a break from sittings for three months each year.
Tynwald will reconvene on 17 October.
But North Douglas MHK David Ashford - who has posed over a third of the questions facing ministers this month - says politics doesn't stop:
Main road between Peel and Douglas to shut for tree felling
'Targeted and intelligence led approach' to protect Island's borders during Irish sailings
Airport Director role advertised with top salary of £120,000
Traders on Michael Street feel 'abandoned' by politicians in tough times
