Island degree course option beckons

UCM open day at Nunnery campus

Potential university students have an opportunity to find out more about on-Island study later this month.

An open day's being held at University College Isle of Man's Nunnery Campus, where details of 12 degree-level courses will be on offer.

They include computer science, business management, marketing and event management, and finance and accounting.

New for this year - an Honours degree in cybersecurity, and a Master's in computer science.

Most of UCM's degrees are taught on the Nunnery campus, in conjunction with its owners, the International Centre for Technology Ltd (ICT).

The open day on 11 October, will offer students a chance to meet lecturers, and find out about field trips and off-Island placements, as well as career and work experience with Isle of Man firms.
