Island ready for pilots' strike

Aer Arran says its working on a revised schedule for flights beteween the Isle of Man and Dublin next week - if its pilots go ahead with a planned strike.

 

The airline operates daily regional flights between Ronaldsway and the Irish Republic on behalf of Aer Lingus.

 

In an escalation of a long-running pay dispute, Aer Arran pilots have voted in favour of a walk-out on Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday next week.  

 

Aer Arran bosses say they'll operate as many flights as possible  and are due to release details on Friday morning.
