Transport costs down is biggest factor
The Island's rate of inflation fell by 1.4% in September to stand at -1.3%.
There were significant price drops in fuels, air travel, clothing and tea.
Items where costs went up include pork, lamb, driving lessons and domestic help.
It's the lowest level of inflation reported since the end of 2015.
