Island's biodiversity strategy 'too complicated'

Biosphere lecturer believes simple plans are more successful

The Island's biodiversity strategy is too long and complicated to be effective, according to the man delivering the Island's very first annual biosphere lecture.

'Don't ask what your Biosphere Reserve can do for you; but rather what you can do for your biosphere' is the title of the inaugural event.

It was delivered by university lecturer Peter Bridgewater at the Manx Museum, designed to make people think about what they can do.
