New rate is £10.75
The Isle of Man's minimum wage will go up to £10.75 from today.
It's an increase of £1.25 per hour, and was approved by Tynwald in February.
The Minimum Wage Committee consulted with businesses and individuals ahead of the changes and received 22 responses.
The young workers rate is also set to rise from £6.80 to £8.05.
Today the UK's minimum wage will be put up to £10.42 from £9.50.
