'Plethora' of problems caused by upgraded system
The chief executive of Isle of Man Energy is 'personally apologising' to residents following issues with gas bills over the past weeks.
Jo Cox says due to the company upgrading its system some 'teething' problems have happened with people's bills.
Instead of sending out letters to customers the company has taken a full page advert in the Manx Independent to apologise.
She told Manx Radio the issues have been rectified but she wanted to extend a personal apology to residents:
Warning over flare disposal after amenity site fire
Suspended sentence for 56-year-old in cannabis supply case
Owner of a block of flats fined for failing to meet fire safety regulations
