Follows Ashford's error over information on death
The health minister says a ‘misunderstanding’ about a person’s death after receiving the Covid-19 vaccination shouldn't put people off getting their jab.
Last week David Ashford wrongly told the House of Keys that someone who'd had the injection had suffered anaphylactic shock and died.
A correction was issued, more than seven hours later, confirming it was actually a different vaccinated person who'd died – their death was later attributed to underlying health conditions:
