Property tycoons, headed by John Whittaker, dominate the Isle of Man section of the Sunday Times Rich List 2014.
The top three all have significant property holdings and are among seven Island residents included in the overall list.
John Whittaker, the main shareholder of Peel Holdings, once again leads the way, with a fortune of £2.3 billion, the same as last year.
Jim Mellon, another with large property interests, remains in second place with £850 million, although he has added £50 million to that figure.
Trevor Hemmings again lies in third with £625 million, an increase of £15 million.
Software developer Mark Shuttleworth, the man behind Canonical, remains fourth with £160 million.
The only new entrant is John Morphet, another property man, who owns Bishopscourt.
He lies fifth with £135 million.
The other entrants are Leonard Polonsky and George Moore.
