More than 300 students have been descending on the Jurby Transport Museum.
Pupils from 12 schools are studying the way the Island has changed over the years.
They had the chance to climb aboard vintage cars, buses and trams and a rare opportunity to see space capsules which belong to Manx aerospace company Excalibur-Almaz.
Advisory Teacher for the Manx Curriculum Jo Collister says it's a great way to show pupils how the Island has changed:
Doctors accept three-year pay offer
Seven acts promulgated in final Tynwald Day ceremony before election
Sharp rise in data breaches on Island, says Information Commissioner's Office
Footage circulating on social media 'now an active investigation'
