Moment of silence held following death of Jim Cain
The House of Keys held a moment of silence at this morning's sitting following the death of former MHK James Cain.
Mr Cain, who was known as Jim, was elected to the House of Keys in 1986 and served as a member for Treasury before being appointed as minister of health and social security.
He later served as Speaker of the House of Keys until 1996.
