Government 'hasn't geared up' to deliver five-year programme, says MHK
The way new laws are communicated to Tynwald members could be more inclusive and clearer.
That's from the Speaker of the House of Keys, who says ministers haven't 'geared up' to complete the Programme for Government.
Juan Watterson raised concerns recently after lockdown legislation was circulated to members after they came into force.
