Fines start at £100 if 6 October deadline missed
There are less than three weeks left to submit tax returns to Treasury.
At the start of September 30,915 forms (52.4 per cent) were outstanding.
People who miss the 6 October deadline could be fined £100.
There's a further £200 fine if the form hasn't been returned after another six months.
Government says of the 28,081 returns already submitted more than half were done online.
