Former Baldrine pub recieves consent for change of use without covenant
Planning consent to change the use of The Liverpool Arms in Baldrine to residential, without covenant, has been granted.
The former pub closed in 2017 and has been empty ever since.
In July, Heron and Brearley confirmed it would be "completely unsuitable" to re-open as a pub due to the location and a lack of disabled access.
The property is now on the market for £350,000.
