34-year-old charged with three drug offences
A Liverpool man accused of being unlawfully concerned in the production of cocaine has been remanded at the Isle of Man Prison.
Paul Joseph Rowan, of Darwall Road in Garston, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
The 34-year-old has been charged with three offences which date back to March and July 2020.
His case was adjourned until 28 November.
