Landing stage due to open next summer
The new Liverpool sea terminal is unlikely to be finished on time, according to the infrastructure minister.
Construction work got underway in January, and it was scheduled to be open next summer.
But, minister Tim Baker explains that difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic could see that completion date pushed back:
