Castletown branch to shut next year
A commissioner says the closure of Lloyd's Bank in Castletown is 'doing a disservice' to many who use it on a regular basis.
It was announced this week the branch will shut next year as fewer customers are using it, with more turning to online banking instead.
Colin Leather will bring the issue to a Castletown Commissioner's board meeting on Monday (4 Oct).
He fears the change could have knock-on effects:
