Bridge The Gap offering remote support to those with chronic conditions
Young people on the Isle of Man with chronic conditions can find lockdown both medically and emotionally tough.
That's from one of the founders of a charity that works with those aged 14 to 24 with complex medical needs.
Bridge The Gap Isle of Man runs a pod at Noble's Hospital to help adolescents being treated on adult wards, but lockdown means the facility has to stay closed.

You can contact the charity through the bridgethegap.im website, or on the Bridge The Gap Connect Facebook page.
