Deputy Chair Sharon Lambert believes it's been a 'really good' scheme for town
Peel Commissioners says there's been a lot of 'positivity' from the local community about the new beach stage.
The project, which was at the centre of a dispute within the local authority, is halfway through its Summer trial.
Deputy Chair Sharon Lambert says despite a number of requests there are no plans to extend the trial into Autumn or Winter.
She adds that the stage has supported school music groups and established local bands.
