Advocate says it may have effect on pub trade
Lowering the Island's drink-drive limit would ultimately reduce road deaths.
That's according to a prominent advocate, who's urging the public to remember why the legislation is being considered.
Chiva Arthurs acknowledges that the proposed change - just one part of a wider ongoing public consultation - may have an unintended effect on the pub trade.
