Treasury Minister speaks as government surplus revealed
There's still no room for complacency in the economy.
The view of Treasury Minister Alfred Cannan after it was revealed there was an apparent government surplus in the last year.
Income tax receipts brought in £21.6 million more than forecast - though there was a £1 million "stock shortfall" in the DOI.
