Edard Dolyn Corkill pleads not guilty to driving without care and attention
A man will stand trial next month over an allegation he drove without due care and attention.
Twenty-year-old Edard Dolyn Corkill of Chapel Row in Foxdale appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas courthouse.
He’s pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and cannabis as well as driving whilst unfit through drugs, but pleaded not guilty to driving without due care and attention.
He was bailed to appear again at a trial on 26 October.
UPDATE
Corkill appeared in court on 29 April 2021 for the due care and attention charge.
No evidence was offered and the case was dismissed.
He was sentenced on the three other charges on 8 June 2021.
