Edward McBride to appear in court again on 25 August
A man’s been told not to contact a woman he’s alleged to have assaulted as he awaits his trial.
Twenty-three-year-old Edward Robert James McBride of Clifton Terrace in Douglas appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
He’s pleaded not guilty to assault on 14 November, three counts of damaging property on 15 November, and resisting police in the execution of their duties on 22 February.
Magistrates bailed him in the sum of £500 on condition he doesn’t enter Cullyn Link in Douglas or contact witnesses in the case, and he'll appear in court again on 25 August.
