A Castletown man charged with murder is due in court this morning (Tuesday).
Forty-five year-old Ian Anderson is accused of killing Neil Roberts, from Ballabeg, between November the 29th and December the second last year.
The body of 60 year-old Mr Roberts was found at the home address of Mr Anderson in Queen Street in Castletown.
He also faces a second charge of causing actual bodily harm to Alison Anderson.
A committal hearing is expected to take place today.
