Concerns over 25-year-old's welfare
A 'high risk' individual who went missing from home has been found safe and well, say police.
Matthew or 'Mattie' Carus, 25, had previously been seen in Douglas earlier this morning.
Officers said he was 'not in any form of trouble' and they only wanted to ensure his welfare.
