Property owners must fund work, says Infrastructure Minister
Residents in Manor Park in Onchan can have their footpaths repaired, but they will have to bear part of the cost themselves.
The Infrastructure Minister was asked whether his Department made a mistake in adopting the estates roads but not the footpaths.
The issue was raised by Garff member Daphne Caine in the House of Keys.
