Tynwald approved the 2013/14 Manx budget just after 8pm.
Four MHKs voted against it, the other 29 members - 20 MHKs and nine MLCs - voted in favour.
That was after a process which began at around 10.30am, when Treasury Minister Eddie Teare got to his feet to deliver the budget, followed by Tynwald members commenting on it.
Just prior to the vote, Mr Teare delivered a final message:
