Former health minister reflects on issues in CQC report
Former Health Minister Rob Callister believes Manx Care is attempting to address an 'incredibly difficult situation'.
The Onchan MHK - who was sacked from the ministerial role in November - thinks the health body should be allowed time to improve issues highlighted in a Care Quality Commission inspection.
The subsequent report found a 'toxic' work environment with a culture of 'bullying' and 'blame'.
