Health board meeting with staff ahead of recruitment process
Manx Care is holding meetings with its staff to explore what staff need from medical leadership.
The healthcare provider is to look for a new medical director following the departure of Dr Sree Andole at the end of June.
He's been on secondment since March last year.
The board confirmed it would be holding stakeholder sessions with its medics before starting the recruitment process next month.
Chair Dr Wendy Reid said the first meeting had already proved helpful:
