 
                            MHK believes legislation change needed to attract more companies
Manx laws on credit cards could be putting UK providers off the Isle of Man.
Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse believes changes to legislation could be needed to make the Isle of Man a more attractive jurisdiction for UK firms.
He's due to ask the chief minister to make a statement about Manx residents' ability to access credit cards in the House of Keys this morning after Tesco announced it would be withdrawing from the Island.
While Tesco has now pushed those plans back by six months, Mr Moorhouse says the current red tape means pursuing Manx customers isn't worth it for some providers:
