Book of Isle of Man specific jokes has been released

A book of Isle of Man specific jokes has been released. 

Its said to be family-friendly with readers only needing minimal knowledge of the Island to 'chortle' along. 

Published by Loaghtan Books, the book was created by Sara Goodwins. 

It features jokes such as - ‘What do you call a lazy flower on the Isle of Man? - Laxey-daisical.’

‘The northern part of the Isle of Man experienced a record-breaking 18 hours of sunshine. It was an Ayre fryer.’ 

The book will be available to buy from Loaghtan Books, Mostly Manx, and various other bookshops around the Island.
