MD says buyout will bring fresh thinking
Manx Gas boss Tony Nicholls says the company's new owners are poised to invest in the utility for the long term.
The Island's sole domestic gas supplier is operated by International Energy Group, which also runs sister firms in the Channel Islands.
Control of IEG changed hands this month when it was bought by infrastructure development company Ancala Partners.
Speaking for the first time about the acquisition, Mr Nicholls says Ancala's interest in water, solar and hydro electric utility companies will bring fresh thinking at boardroom level:
Examination phase of offshore windfarm plans to get underway
Important for voters 'to be able to hear from election candidates'
Is cash 'king' or is it time for change?
