Racing around the Mountain Course is now resuming.
The combined Supertwin/Lightweight will be run over two laps, followed by a reduced, three-lap Senior at 3.15pm.
The former had started just after midday after a number of delays, but was red flagged about 12.50pm, with the leaders on their second lap, because of the drizzly, misty weather.
James Cowton had built up a considerable lead when the flags came out, but is out of the resumed racing after bike problems.
