Workshops aim to spread the word
Helping people to try and become the best version of themselves is the aim of a new initiative set up by a trio of Manx businessmen.
Manx Leaders has been established by Karl Bovenizer, Gary Peirce and James Quinn, who say they are aiming to change the nation for the better, one person at a time.
Mr Bovenizer says the three of them have been so inspired by their own experience of this sort of training, that they've decided to spread the word: (play audio)
