Marathon practice session underway

Delay to start

After a frustrating week's practice, with poor weather curtailing most sessions, a non-race related medical emergency at Glen Loch campsite in Glen Vine led to yet another delay to the start of today's marathon practice session.

The first bikes eventually set off at 10.54 - around 15 minutes later than planned.

First out, the Superbikes, Superstocks, Supersports and Newcomers

Speaking just ahead of the session, Manx ace Connor Cummins said he was happy to be back out again . .

The sidecars at due out at five past twelve until 1pm. Then Supersport, Lightweight and all classes for Newcomers take to the track around ten past two until 3.30pm, with the chairs out again around 3.40pm.

There's more Superbike, Superstock and Supersport action for one lap at 4.35, and finally a one lap for TT Zero at 5pm.

Roads are scheduled to open at 5.40pm, with the exception of the mountain section, with the whole course open no later than 6.40pm.

Today's schedule is subject to change, dependent on conditions and any incidents. Times could therefore change.
