Boost for town's existing businesses
An MHK for Ramsey believes the proposed marina could boost the town's shipyards.
Plans were unveiled yesterday for a 400-berth marina on the town's beach, which will also include housing, a hotel and commercial outlets.
Dr Alex Allinson hopes the project will create jobs and bring a new type of visitor to the town.
He thinks it could make Ramsey a centre for shipping maintenance:
