A menopause ambassador is encouraging firms to follow wellbeing practice.
Trudi Roscouet from Vitality 40 Plus led a presentation to employers from various business sectors on the impact menopause was having in the workplace.
Her aim is to make the workplace as inclusive and supportive as possible.
The event was sponsored by learning and development company GanlyTipper Learning Ltd.
